A decis\u00e3o foi publicada na ter\u00e7a-feira (17) e confirma medida liminar anteriormente concedida pela Corte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeovane ocupava o cargo pelo terceiro mandato consecutivo, o que contraria a norma constitucional que permite apenas uma reelei\u00e7\u00e3o sucessiva para o mesmo cargo em mesas diretoras de c\u00e2maras legislativas.
